General Director

with the artistic vision and leadership experience to ensure that the Museum continues to be included amongst the highest-ranked art museums in the world.

The Director will be an entrepreneurial, inspirational, inclusive and creative leader who understands the importance of maintaining an adequate balance between the artistic content and the commercial aspects of the Museum. The role requires the skill to engage and inspire wide and diverse audiences and a deep understanding of and affinity with European visual art, together with the ability to engage with relevant partners within regional, national and international networks.
